I've always loved checking out the dessert tables at events - everything always looks so tempting! It was often hard to decide which one to try first. But then I'd take a bite of one of them, and think, "Hmm, this really doesn’t taste quite as good as it looks."

​My mission with this bakery is to redefine expectations. Each of my products is made with a dual focus: to achieve both elegant presentation, and to have a delicious taste. I believe everyone deserves to bite into a pastry and think, 'YUM! I want more of this!'. My goal is to ensure that my treats are as satisfying to the palate as they are pleasing to the eye.
